I made this scrub from the lemon bags / garlic bags / onion bags. I just cut them in 3X6 strips and at the centre i kept one normal rubber band as tightly as i can ... that's all .. dish washing scrub is ready to use :)
You can even use this idea to make a plastic dish scrubbies
